Connecting Your Gateway

Connect your payment gateway

After installation, the first required step is connecting your payment gateway.

GoSimple currently supports:

  • Paystack

  • PayFast
    (Additional gateways are planned for future releases.)

To connect your gateway:

  1. Open the GoSimple dashboard

  2. Click on the payment settings section

  3. Add your Paystack or PayFast API credentials

  4. Select Test or Live mode

  5. Save your changes


Once connected, GoSimple will be able to securely process recurring subscription payments.

Paystack settings explained

Click Enable to open the Paystack Setting modal.


You will see the following fields and options:

Test Mode

  • Enables Paystack test transactions

  • Recommended for initial testing only

  • Test and live keys must match the selected mode

Test Keys

  • Test Private Key

  • Test Secret Key

Used only when Test Mode is enabled.

Live Keys

  • Live Private Key

  • Live Secret Key

Used for real customer payments.

Warning
Important: Live subscriptions will not charge unless Live Mode is active and valid live keys are saved.
